Professor Lau received his bachelor's and master's degrees of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University, Australia) in 1996 and 1997, respectively. Within that period, he also worked for General Aviation Maintenance Pty Ltd, Australia, as an Engineer Trainee, and for the Corporative Research Centre for Advanced Composite Structures (CRC-ACS) Australia, as Research Assistant designing a repair scheme for composite performs. Afterward, he received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2001. Thereafter, he was appointed Assistant Professor in 2002 and promoted to Associate Professor and Professor in 2005 and 2010, respectively. In 2015, he was appointed Alex Wong/Gigi Wong Professor in Product Design Engineering and Associate Dean (Industrial Relations) in the Faculty of Engineering, PolyU in 2014. Currently, he is Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Partnership Development, Space and Aerospace Technology) of Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. His primary role is to look after the future research and ranking strategies, international partnership development and space related programs of the University. Professor Lau has received numerous research and teaching awards since 2002. In 2016, he was elected as Fellow of the European Academy of Science and Arts. To date only three academics in Australia have received this honour. His publications have received over 23,000 citations with h-index of 72. In 2014, he was been elected as International Vice President of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) for the terms of 6 years and appointed Independent Non-executive Director of Kingsflair International (Holdings) Limited. Dr Lau was named Australian Research Theme Leader in "Composite Materials" in 2019. Currently, he is the Director of Stawell Underground Physics Laboratory Company and Oceania Cyber-security Centre Company.

Prof. McAndrew is an internationally recognized leader in aerodynamics research and expert on low-speed flight, He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Dr. McAndrew chairs several international conferences and journals and is invited to give keynote speeches all over the world. He is a very highly qualified academic with extensive experiences within industry and internationally recognized researcher with extensive teaching experience at all levels of education. As the Dean of Doctoral Programs at Capitol Technology University he is responsible for 15 different Doctoral Programs ranging from Cyber security, Analytics, Aviation and Technology based. Conference and Journal publication of 70 over 29 years, six books and numerous Keynote presentations around the world.

Professor Giancarlo Genta got a degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 1971 and one in Aerospace Engineering in 1972 at the Politecnico di Torino. Then he became assistant professor of Machine Design at the same University. He taught a course in Astronautical Propulsion and then he lectured in Motor Vehicle Mechanics. In 1983 he became Associate Professor of Design of Aircraft Engines at the School of Aerospace Engineering of Polytechnic of Turin and then he became full Professor in Machine Design. From 1989 to 1995 he was head of the Department of Mechanics at Polytechnic of Turin. Since 1999 he is a member of the Academy of Sciences of Torino and since 2006 he is a member (corresponding member since 2001) of the International Academy of Astronautics. In 2013 he received the International Yangel Medal for Outstanding Contributions to the development of space sciences and technologies and, in the same year, received the Engineering Science Award for outstanding achievement in engineering science of the International Academy of Astronautics. Since 2020 he is Professor Emeritus. He is the author of over 350 scientific papers covering various sectors of mechanical design, published in scientific journals or presented at conferences, and of 4 patents. He is the author of 26 books, including textbooks, research monographies and popular science books. He is also the author of 3 science fiction novels, published in Italian and English.

Prof. John R. Thome is a Professor of Heat and Mass Transfer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland since 1998. He is well-known expert in the field of two-phase flows and heat transfer, and is highly respected among his colleagues all over the world. Prof. Thome is director of the Laboratory of Heat and Mass Transfer at the EPFL with a research staff of about 18-20 and is also Director of the EPFL Doctoral Programme in Energy. And he is associate editor of Heat Transfer Engineering and editorial board member of International Journal of Microcale & Nanoscale Thermal and Fluid Transport Phenomena (IJMNTFTP). He has published more than 170 journal papers with more than 3830 citations since joining the EPFL in 1998. He also hosts an annual one-week summer school on "Microscale Single- and Two-Phase Flow and Heat Transfer" each June at the EPFL and bi-annually also hosts the "Boiling" course at the EPFL. Most of his research interests are directed on the joint topic of two-phase flow and two-phase heat transfer, his group at the LTCM lab is one of the world's premier research groups in his area.

Mr. Szymanski is a President in Space Strategies Centre. He has extensive experience in all fields related to space control: policy, strategy, simulations, surveillance, survivability, threat assessment, long-range strategic planning, and command and control. In addition, he has a comprehensive experience base, having worked directly with multiple services (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines), civilian agencies (NASA, DARPA, FEMA), and from the Pentagon (Secretary of the Air Force) to systems development (Space and Missile Systems Center), technology development (Air Force Research Lab) to operational field test (China Lake Naval Test Center). Mr. Szymanski has forty-six years experience in military operations research. Ten of those years have been in supporting the Secretary of the Air Force at the Pentagon addressing higher-level policy issues prompted by Congress. He also managed or participated in twelve different advanced concept architecture studies. For seven years, he worked in the development office of the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC/XRJ). Here he helped manage classified programs in the $100 million range. Mr. Szymanski developed ground-breaking algorithms while supporting the Satellite Assessment Center (SatAC - AFRL/RDST) for: Space strategies, tactics & requirements development; auto space object mission assessment, space object change of state detection, and space attack strategy assessment; Space attack intelligence indicators development; Automatic space systems scenario generation software tool design; Spacecraft rendezvous simulations

Professor Sabu Thomas is currently Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, india. Prof. Thomas is an outstanding leader with sustained international acclaims for his work in Nanoscience, Polymer Science and Engineering, Polymer Nanocomposites, Elastomers, Polymer Blends, Interpenetrating Polymer Networks, Polymer Membranes, Green Composites and Nanocomposites, Nanomedicine and Green Nanotechnology. In collaboration with India’s premier tyre company, Apollo Tyres, Professor Thomas’s group invented new high performance barrier rubber nanocomposite membranes for inner tubes and inner liners for tyres. Dr. Panos Pardalos is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida, and an affiliated faculty of Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science & Information & Engineering departments. He is a world renowned leader in Global Optimization, Mathematical Modelling, Energy Systems, and Data Sciences. He is a Fellow of AAAS, AIMBE, and INFORMS and was awarded the 2013 Constantine Caratheodory Prize of the International Society of Global Optimization. He has published over 500 journal papers, and edited/authored over 200 books. Panos Pardalos has lectured and given invited keynote addresses worldwide in countries including Austria, Australia, Germany, Italy, Japan etc.

Ali Zolghadri received his PhD from the University of Bordeaux, France and has been a Full Professor of Control Systems Engineering there since 2003. He is currently what is called an Exceptional Class University Professor in French academia (PREX2). His research deals with model-based methodologies for robust fault management and fault tolerant control in dynamic systems. His current research interests include autonomy and safety of cyber-physical systems. He is a member of International TC SafeProcess and Aerospace of IFAC, has served as IPC member for various international conferences, and has delivered a number of keynote/plenary talks and other invited talks at venues worldwide. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Franklin Institute (USA) and Editorial Board member of Aerospace Science and Engineering, MDPI (Switzerland). He had also served as member of steering comity of France aerospace valley for several years. He is author / co-author of about 220 publications in international journals and refereed conferences, and co-holder of 15 patents in aerospace. He is the recipient of CNRS Medal of Innovation 2016 which rewards, all disciplines taken together, outstanding scientific research with innovative applications in the technological and societal fields. He also received, in 2010, an award for excellence in Aerospace Research from the French National Foundation for Research in Aeronautics and Space.

Bruno Bousquet, Professor of Physics at University of Bordeaux, France. His main research activity is laser-based spectroscopy. He obtained a PhD in Physics in 1997 at university of Bordeaux, and started his career as assistant professor at university of Brest in 1999 before moving back to Bordeaux in 2001. Since 2003, he is working on LIBS and multivariate data processing referred as chemometrics. Laureate of the Fulbright program in 2011 he worked one year at University of Central Florida, Orlando, USA. He is teaching Optics at the institute of technology, at university of Bordeaux. He is today member of the SuperCam team, in the frame of the Mars 2020 NASA program.

Dr. Sunil C. Joshi received his doctorate in 1999 at Monash University, (Clayton), Australia, for his work on advanced composites manufacturing processes. Prior to that, he had obtained M. Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, (Bombay), Mumbai, and worked as a Scientist at the National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, India, from 1988 to 1994. After his Ph.D., Dr. Sunil joined Nanyang Technological University Singapore, in 2000, as a faculty in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. His teaching encompasses aerospace materials, structures and manufacturing. Prof Sunil has worked on several R & D projects funded by external agencies and industries. He was the team leader responsible for designing and developing thermal controls for XSAT, Singapore's first fully designed and built micro-satellite. XSAT was launched succdessfully in 2011, and has since completed its intended mission. Dr. Sunil has more than 200 research publications (journals, conferences, books, patent) to his credit, and he often gets invited as reviewer by international journals and conferences. Besides teaching and research, Dr. Sunil has been holding concurrent School Management positions. He was the Assistant Chair (Graduate Studies) from 2014 to 2017, and, the Associate Chair (Academic) from 2017 to 2020. He had chaired the School Accreditation Committee twice, in 2011 and 2016, which worked towards preparing for the full accreditation of the B.Eng. (Aerospace Eng) programme under the Washington Accord.

In 2013 WIRED Magazine named Dr. James Wang "the Steve Jobs of Rotorcraft" for his ability to think "outside the box" and inventing the AgustaWestland Project Zero: the world's first all-electric VTOL technology demonstrator aircraft. Dr. Wang has held several executive leadership positions and has 30 years of experience in aerospace and high-tech industries; including as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of R&D at Leonardo Helicopters, led Strategic Sales and worked on numerous famous helicopter designs at Sikorsky Aircraft. He is an internationally renowned expert in eVTOL aircraft and helicopter designing. In 2018, he founded Vtolwerke LLC to advise clients on electric aircraft design, eVTOL business strategy, investment due diligence and how to get into Advanced Air Mobility. He has helped startups world-wide successfully launch their eVTOL business. Dr. Wang is also a full professor teaching aircraft design, and the Director of the eVTOL Research & Innovation Centre at the Nanyang Technological University. He received bachelor degrees in Aeronautical, and Electrical Engineering from M.I.T., PhD in Aerospace from the University of Maryland, and a Master's from the MIT Sloan Business School. He holds many patents and major international awards; including Royal Aeronautical Society Fellow and Gold Team Award, VFS Fellow, Grover Bell Award, UTC George Mead Gold Award, NASA Research Award, and the coveted Italian National Innovation Grand Prize.

Prof. Houbing Song joined the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, FL, where he is currently an Assistant Professor and the Director of the Security and Optimization for Networked Globe Laboratory. He is a senior member of ACM and an ACM Distinguished Speaker. Prof. Simon X. Yang received the B.Sc. degree in engineering physics from Beijing University, China in 1987, the first of two M.Sc. degrees in biophysics from Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in 1990, the second M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston, USA in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada in 1999. Prof. Yang joined the School of Engineering at the University of Guelph, Canada in 1999. Currently he is a Professor and the Head of the Advanced Robotics & Intelligent Systems (ARIS) Laboratory at the University of Guelph in Canada. Prof. Yang has diversified research expertise. His research interests include robotics, intelligent systems, sensors and multi-sensor fusion, wireless sensor networks, control systems, machine learning, fuzzy systems, and computational neuroscience. His significant research contributions can be reflected by his original and innovative work in biologically inspired intelligence with applications to real-time motion planning, tracking and control of various robotic systems, and various other engineering and biomedical systems. He has published over 450 referred papers, including over 250 journal papers. Prof. Yang he has been very active in various professional activities. Prof. Yang serves as the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Robotics and Automation, and an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions of Artificial Intelligence, and several other journals. He has involved in the organization of many international conferences.

Dr. Daning Huang joined the Penn State as an assistant professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering in Aug. 2019 and started the APUS (Aerospace multi-Physical and Unconventional Systems) Lab. Prior to that, he studied and worked in the University of Michigan on hypersonic aeroelasticity and aerothermoelasticity. He graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2013. His research interests include multi-disciplinary analysis and design, reduced-order modeling, Bayesian machine learning, and high-performance computing.

Dr. Jonathan H. Jiang is a Principal Scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology. He is a group supervisor managing a team of more than 30 scientists, engineers, associates and postdoctoral scholars. Dr. Jiang has 218 publications in the fields of Earth sciences and astrophysics. He is the recipient for two NASA Exceptional Achievement Medals for his leadership and innovation in scientific research. Most recently, he received the Edward Stone Award and the NASA Exceptional Scientific Achievement Medal for his outstanding scientific achievements and service to NASA science missions.

Associate Professor Dr. Rosli Ahmad is a metallurgical researcher known for his contribution to the magnesium research as well as his work in promoting magnesium for light-weighting applications in the transportation sector. He received his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wales in 2006. Over the length of his career, his areas of interest have spanned the breadth of magnesium and aluminium research, with special emphasis on the development of new magnesium rare-earth alloy. He was Head of Department of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, UTHM between 2007-2009.

Dr. Mustafa Sahin is an Academician at METU Center for Wind Energy, Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey. He has a bachelor degree in Aerospace Avionics (valedictorian) and a master degree in Department of Civil Aviation from Erciyes University, Kayseri/Turkey. He got a PhD degree in 2018 from Department of Aerospace Engineering,METU, Ankara/Turkey. After graduation from Avionics Department, for about one year, he worked at My Technic Aircraft MRO Services as an Aircraft Avionics Maintenance Engineer at ISG International Airport, Istanbul/Turkey. Until now, he worked as Lecturer/GRA at different universities such as Department of Aviation Management at Erzincan University, Department of Aircraft Technology at University of Turkish Aeronautical Association (UTAA), and Aerospace Engineering Department at METU.He developed a Wind Turbine Simulation Model, referred to as the MS (Mustafa Sahin) Bladed Model in literature for Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine simulations. Using the MS Bladed Model, he designed controllers for theNREL 5 MW turbine and developed a new Adaptive Envelope Protection System (EPS)algorithm to protect turbines from having excessive loadsunder turbulent winds. His main interests are Wind Turbine Modeling, Control and Protection Systems, Electrical Machines, Grid connection etc. Mustafa Sahin is now an invited Post-Doc Researcher from US National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) to develop advanced controllers for a novel large scale onshore wind turbine systems, which is going to be used in the future for low-wind source sites.

Swarniv Chandra working as assistant professor in Government General Degree College at Kushmandi, India, Dr SwarnivChandrahas an illustrious scientific career. He completed his bachelor's from the University of Calcutta and subsequently his masters from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology at New Delhi. He then received the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Junior (&Senior) research fellowship and completed his PhD from the famous Jadavpur University on Quantum plasmas. During this time he also visited Institute of Plasma Physics & Laser Microfusion (IPPLM) at Poland and presented his work. He also visited The Abdus Salam ICTP in 2012 and 2014 to participate in training programs. He also received the Buti Young Scientist Award in 2012.He also received Best Paper Award in 2013 from ASP. He completed his PhD in 2013 and worked as post-doctoral researcher in JU before being appointed as assistant professor of Physics at Techno India University (TIU), Kolkata. After TIU he was appointed as the head of Physics department at a very young age in JIS University, West Bengal before joining the Government General Degree College at Kushmandi. He also received ISCA Young Scientist Award in 2015 and ISCA Best Poster award in 2017. (Both by Government of India). He has supervised a number of PhD students. Dr.Swarniv Chandra is a good organiser. He was the convenor of Two (2) national conferences, One (1) International Plasma Webinar in 2020 and similar seminars as well. During the Covid Pandemic in 2020 he organised an online training program for basic plasma Physics in which some two hundred plus participants attended worldwide. Expert Plasma Scientists from varied research fields delivered lectures in these great initiative. His field of research includes Quantum Plasma, Chaos, Space and Fusion Plasma and recently in semiconductor plasma. He along with his present doctoral student Chinmay Das have also designed the Flux Corrected Iterative Technique [FCIT] andHomotopy Aided Symbolic Simulation (HASS)methods that have helped in theoretical plasma physics.

Soufiane Bouarfa is Assistant Professor at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic (ADPoly). He has obtained a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands, and both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering also from TU Delft. Prior to joining ADPoly, Soufiane served as postdoctoral researcher at TU Delft, and a consultant at Accenture & Deloitte in Amsterdam. His engineering background has led to extensive experience in large-scale projects for clients such as Shell, ING Group, Rabobank, KPN, and NN Group. Soufiane’s areas of proficiency include Aerospace, Cyber Security, and Artificial Intelligence. His career has taken him to the Netherlands, France, and the UAE as well as extensive travel in the United States.

Dr. Bidhan Malakar received the Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering with specialisation in Control & Industrial Automation in 2018 from National Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam, India. He received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation and M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India in 2008 and 2011 respectively. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal, India. He contributed as an author by publishing his research works in International Conferences and reputed journals. He serves as a Program Committee member in various International Conferences and also a reviewer of reputed journals.
