About Conference

The global food technology and probiotics industries are projected to reach a value of US$ 250 billion and 77.9 billion respectively in the new few years. Technological developments in the food industry are defining the way food is sourced and marketed while creating new growth opportunities in the industry. Research in this field helps in finding new pathways on all aspects of food science, nutrition and other interdisciplinary fields.

 
To emphasize fundamental and applied research findings in food technology and to cover all relevant aspects of food science, OLC International in organizing International Conference and Expo on Food Technology and Probiotics (FOODtech-2021), which will be held during May 24-25, 2021 in Toronto, Canada. The theme of the conference is "Focusing Plant-Based Proteins for Manufacturers of Useful Food Technology and Probiotics" and the conference aims to explore new avenues of research in food technology.

This two-day event will present results from ongoing research in the fields of food technology and probiotics and will further provide a valuable platform that aims to inspire interdisciplinary exchange at the forefront of food research on a global scale. It will focus on a combination of food science techniques including, sourcing, distribution, processing, packaging and distribution and use of safe and nutritious food.

Internationally-renowned speakers and participants will explain their research results while recounting latest innovations in these fields. The scientific program includes inspirational and informative talks from eminent scientists which shed light on current advances in probiotics research while describing their production pathways and their role in preventing diseases and maintaining health. Toronto is the provincial capital of Ontario and the most popular city in Canada. Toronto is the fastest growing city in North America, and is the anchor of an urban collection, which is known as the Golden Horseshoe in Southern Ontario, located on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario. It is popularly known for its many skyscrapers and high-rise buildings, in particular the tallest free-standing structure in the Western Hemisphere, the CN Tower.
