Tolou Shokuhfar is a leading scientist in the field of in-situ nanomedicine and her research is directed at developing new solutions for significant health challenges including: (1) fast bone healing in new nanotextured biomedical devices; (2) biomineralization in ferritin proteins to combat Alzheimer's disease; (3) two-dimensional materials to kill super bug bacteria; and (4) preventing the crystallization of kidney stones. Even at her relatively young age her work addressing these important areas has already had a significant impact, as measured by citations, invited talks, scientific media interest and national awards. Dr. Shokuhfar has published more than 90 refereed papers and has an H-index of 19 (Google Scholar) with more than 1200 citations. She has also published 6 book chapters has made more than thirty oral presentations of her work in invited talks and seminars at national and international venues. Her research has been presented in conferences (poster, proceedings) more than 100 times, and has been frequently picked up by media sources and scientific journals, such as The Economist, Science Daily, Orthopedic Design and Technology Magazine, Daily Mining Gazette, ABC 10 TV, Vimeo, CNN and Phys.org. As further evidence of the impact of her research and educational activities she has been recognized with numerous national awards: Young Leader Award (2016), NSF CAREER Award (2014), INSIGHT Diversity Award (2015), and Young Scientist Award (2014). Dr. Shokuhfar is an expert in the relatively new area within biomedical engineering known as in-situ liquid bioelectron microscopy, and also the area of smart and multifunctional nanobiomaterials, placing her on a short list of pioneers in the field.

Gabor Patonay is Professor of Analytical Chemistry at Department of Chemistry, Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA 30303, USA. He obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary. In 1982 he left Hungary and became a Postdoctoral Associate in Professor Isiah Warner's group in the Department of Chemistry at Emory University specializing in fluorescence spectroscopy, separations and instrument development. He joined the faculty of Georgia State University (GSU) in 1987, where he is currently Professor and Analytical Division Head. Dr. Patonay's research interests at GSU include many analytical and environmental chemistry areas, specifically NIR fluorescence related research developing new bioanalytical and biomedical applications using NIR probes and labels; biomolecule separations using HPLC and CE; development of presumptive forensic analytical techniques and use of nanotechnology in bioanalytical chemistry. Dr. Patonay published over 200 papers and presented over 250 conference lectures.

Dr Manoj Gupta was a former Head of Materials Division of the Mechanical Engineering Department and Director designate of Materials Science and Engineering Initiative at NUS, Singapore. He did his BEng from VRCE-Nagpur in 1984 (First Class with Distinction), MEng from IISC- Bangalore in 1987 (Gold Medalist) Ph.D. from University of California, Irvine, USA (1992), and postdoctoral research at University of Alberta, Canada (1992). In August 2017 he was highlighted among Top 1% Scientist of the World Position by The Universal Scientific Education and Research Network and among 2.5% among scientists as per ResearchGate. To his credit are: (i) Disintegrated Melt Deposition technique and (ii) Hybrid Microwave Sintering technique to synthesize alloys/micro/nano-composites. He has published over 580 peer reviewed journal papers and owns two US patents and 1 Trade secret. His current h-index is 67, RG index is 47 and citations are greater than 17000. He has also co-authored six books, published by John Wiley, Springer and MRF-USA and edited many others. He is Editor-in-chief/Editor of twelve international peer reviewed journals. In 2018 he was announced World Academy Championship Winner in the area of Biomedical Sciences by International Agency for Standards and Ratings. A multiple award winner, he actively collaborate/visit as invited researcher, visiting and chair professor in Japan, France, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, China, USA and India.

Ion Tiginyanu graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Engineering in 1978. He received his Ph.D. degree in Semiconductor Physics from Lebedev Institute of Physics, Moscow, in 1982. He realized research projects at the Technical University Darmstadt (1995/96 and 1998/99) and at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (2000/2001). In 2004 he was elected vice-president, while in April 2019 - President of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. Professor Tiginyanu's research interests are related to nanotechnologies, multifunctional nanomaterials, surface science and development of photonic and electronic novel device structures. He has more than 400 journal publications and 52 technological patents with a total citation of ~7000 and h-factor of 42. He is Fellow of SPIE, senior member of OSA, member of AAAS, IEEE, MRS, the Electrochemical Society, member of the Academia Europaea, honorary member of the Romanian Academy and honorary doctor of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna, Russian Federation).

Renaud BACHELOT, 52, is a joint professor of the Shanghai University (1000 talents grant) and a full professor of physics at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT) that he joined in 1996 after graduate studies and PhD at the University of Paris and ESPCI graduate school, Paris. His area of expertise includes nano-optics, nanophotonics, near-field optics, local light/polymer interaction, scanning probe microscopy, nano-optoelectronics and nanoplasmonics. His numerous research projects have involved more than 25 PhD students under his (co)supervison and have been leading to more than 150 peer-reviewed articles (H=40, 5070 citations, see google scholar). At UTT, R. Bachelot is the director of a new Graduate School "Nano-optics & Nanophotonics". From 2011 to 2019, RB has been the head the Light, nanomaterials nanotechnologies Laboratory involving more than 90 people (l2n.utt.fr). He has also been a visiting Scholar at Argonne National Laboratory (USA, 2003- 2004) and the director of the UTT "material science" engineering master program (230 students). RB has been the chair of the NFO-15 international conference that took place in August 2018 in Troyes, France.

Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 313 journal papers, more than 662 Conference presentations, and 116 patents and patent applications including 35 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got Excellent Research Award of HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. He obtained Gold Medal and The Best Award in the Invention & Innovation Awards 2014 held at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2014, which was hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 20-22 Feb 2014. He is a Member of EU Academy of Sciences (EUAS) since July 2017. He got A Slottow Owaki Prize of SID in 2018

Dr. Narottam Bansal is a Senior Research Scientist in the Ceramic and polymer Composites Branch, Materials and Structures Division, NASA Glenn Research Center, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. After receiving his Ph. D., he held post-doctoral research assignments in Canada and USA. He has carried out research in a number of areas: solid oxide fuel cells, thermal and environmental barrier coatings, fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites for high-temperature structural applications in turbine engines, nano-composites, CMAS, high-temperature superconductors, sol-gel and combustion processing, refractory glass-ceramics, kinetics of phase transformations, IR-transmitting materials, electro analytical techniques, ionic diffusion in melts. He has been sub-project manager and team leader of several technical teams at NASA. Dr. Bansal is a Fellow of the American Ceramic Society. He is recipient of NASA's Medal for Exceptional Scientific Achievements, two R & D 100 Awards, Turning Goals into reality Award, Hind Rattan Award, American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin's (SEAI) Corporate Excellence Recognition Award for Outstanding Achievements, and Global Star Award from The American Ceramic Society. Dr. Bansal has also received numerous Innovative Technology Development Awards and Tech Brief Awards from NASA and his biography has been included in more than 40 Who's Who. So far, he has organized more than 65 International Symposia and edited 45 Conference proceedings. He is author/co-author of 6 books, 6 invited book chapters, 3 review articles, 11 NASA Tech Briefs, and more than 255 research articles including 114 peer-reviewed journal papers. He has been awarded seven U.S. Patents, so far. Dr. Bansal has been a member of the Technical Committees of International Commission on Glass and International Union of Pure & Applied Chemistry. He has also served on the advisory boards of a number of international conferences and scientific Journals.

Dr. Farid Menaa is an inter- and multi-disciplinary professional with worldwide reputation. He has three international post-doctoral terms in Oncology, Dermatology, and Hematology; MBA Entrepreneurship and MD candidate. During his ongoing career, he has mainly contributed to the identification and functions of new human disease-causing genes and variants, formulated natural products for anti-aging and developed innovative theranostic strategies against cancers, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity and infectious diseases. He has more than 10 year's experiences either in the academic, hospitals or industrial sectors. As Chief Scientific Officer and Vice-President R&D at Fluorotronics, Inc. he actively participated in the development of the disruptive "Carbon-Fluorine Spectroscopy". Dr. Menaa collaborates with various organizations worldwide. He is a member of several prestigious medical and scientific organizations and editorial boards in the field of medicine, science, technology and business, including in the nano-segment. He has authored more than 100 articles including research and review articles, books, book chapters, textbooks, proceedings, and has participated to over 200 scientific international events including as co-organizer, keynote speaker, chairman. Dr. Menaa's worldwide collaborations, holistic point of view and strong expertise in various fields led him to prevent, implement early diagnosis, and develop efficient and safer therapy. Ramesh K. Agarwal is the William Palm Professor of Engineering in the department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science at Washington University in St. Louis.[2] He is also the director of Aerospace Engineering Program, Aerospace Research and Education Center and Computational Fluid Dynamics Laboratory[3] at WUSTL. From 1994 to 1996, he was the Sam Bloomfield Distinguished Professor and Chair of Aerospace Engineering department at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.[citation needed] From 1996 to 2001, he was the Bloomfield Distinguished Professor and the executive director of the National Institute for Aviation Research at Wichita State University. Agarwal received Ph.D in Aeronautical Sciences from Stanford University in 1975, M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1969 and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India in 1968.

Dr. Krasnoslobodtsev is a professor of Biomedical Physics at the University of Nebraska Omaha, USA. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Novosibirsk State University, Russia and graduate degrees, MS and PhD, from New Mexico State University, USA. After completing his PhD, Dr. Krasnoslobodtsev continued his research in single-molecule biophysics the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Krasnoslobodtsev joined the Department of Physics at the University of Nebraska Omaha where he has established and currently leads the "Biomedical Physics" program. Dr. Krasnoslobodtsev's holds a joint appointment at college of Pharmacy at UNMC and lead the Nanoimaging Core Facility for five years. His area of expertise includes various modes of scanning probe microscopy, nano-optics, near-field optics, single-molecule biophysics including fluorescence and force probing. Dr. Krasnoslobodtsev's recent research interests include nanoplasmonics and nanophotonics utilizing noble metal nanostructures for advanced detection systems and functional hybrid nanomaterials.

Prof. Sarat Kumar Swain is currently working as a Professor of Chemistry) at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla, Sambalpur since 2011. In addition to normal academic responsibilities, he served as different administrative position like Dean(Academic Affairs), Dean (PGSR), Head of the Department etc. Before joining to present position, he was serving as an Associate Professor of Chemistry at the North Orissa University, Baripada,. He was working as Post-Doctoral Fellow in Department of Polymer Engineering, University of Akron, Akron, OH, USA after receiving his Doctoral degree from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, India. He was also working as a visiting researcher at Indian Association for Cultivation for Science, Kolkata and Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced and Scientific Research, Bangalore with awarding INSA Fellowship and JNCASR Fellowship respectively. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and research in the area of Organic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Nanotechnology and Polymer Chemistry at UG, PG and PhD levels. His area of research interests includes, hybrid nanomaterials, reinforced polymer nanocomposites, advance materials like graphene, nanoclay, CNT, CNF for improving of gas barrier, fire retardant, thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance properties of the materials. He has designed various kinds of nano structured materials for waste water treatment, packaging usage, anti-corrosion performance, superconductor properties, sensor behaviors and biomedical applications. He has published more than 100 research papers in different SCI international journals. So far he has authored 03 books, 30 book chapters, and with inventions of two patents (One USA and One Indian) to his credits. There are fifteen scholars are successfully awarded PhD degree along with 13 MPhil, 05 MTech and 25 MSc degrees with active supervisions of Prof. Swain He has also delivered several plenary and invited talks in different International conferences in India and abroad. Prof. Swain has received different awards such as BOYSCAST Fellowship, DAE-Young Scientist research award, Prof. R K Nanda award and "Samanta Chandra Sekhar Award and gold medal" for various academic achievements.

Dr. Reena is an enthusiastic researcher who has completed her Ph.D. with Distinction, from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), majoring in Microengineering and Nanoelectronics. Her thirst for creating meaningful and impactful crafts has led to venturing into the research field. Dr. Reena's Ph.D. thesis focused on developing a Graphene-based Field Effect Transistor (GFET) Biosensor for Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH) Detection in Artificial Kidney, and won an excellent thesis award in 2020. She is also well-known for winning multiple international awards during her postgraduate studies, primarily Research Excellence Award (USA), Newport travel grant, and Gold award in COVID-19 International Innovation Award. Her core research expertise includes biosensors, bioelectronics, 2D nanomaterials, graphene-based field-effect transistors (FETs), biofunctionalization and medical devices. Currently, Dr. Reena working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics (IMEN), UKM and actively engaged in research projects related to biosensors for rapid detection of pathogens in early diagnosis of diseases.

A career as a research scientist and academic environments, which I can apply my versatility and expertise in microengineering and nanoelectronics specific MEMS/NEMS technology. Simultaneously with my experiences in-term of device development, micro/nanofabrication, characterization and optimization, testing, and manufacturing technology for real-world challenges. Huamin Li received his BS degree from the College of Physics and Electronics, Shandong Normal University, Jinan, China, in 2007, his MS degree from the College of Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), Suwon, Korea, in 2010, and his PhD degree in the Department of Nano Science and Technology, SKKU, Suwon, Korea, in 2013. His PhD research focused on 2D electronics and optoelectronics. Subsequently, he worked as a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Notre Dame. His postdoctoral work included the development of low-voltage and steep subthreshold swing (SS) components for beyond-CMOS electronic systems using low-dimensional materials. To date, his research results have been included in one book chapter (2013), published in Nature Communications (2015), Scientific Reports (2014), IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices (2009-2012) etc., presented in IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM, 2009, 2011-2013), and filed five US and Korean patents with the collaboration of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. In 2012, he received Chinese Government Award for outstanding self-financed students abroad by China Scholarship Council.

Prof (Dr.) Partha S Mallick is working as a Sr. Professor of Electronics Engineering, in VIT University, India. He was the Dean of School of Electrical Engineering (2011-15). Dr Mallick led various research teams and developed "Online Lab in Microelectronics", "Monte Carlo Simulator of Compound Semiconductors", "Nanostructured MIM Capacitor", "Low cost Electric Fencers" and published 110 research papers in different Journals of international repute. Dr Mallick is a reviewer of different Journals of IET, IEEE Transactions, Bentham Science, Elsevier and Taylors & Francis. Dr Mallick is a speaker of Elsevier Research Connect Forum, India. Dr Mallick organized the 1st World Summit on Science, Engineering and Technology at University of Cambridge, UK in 2018 and the 2nd Summit at Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI), Indianapolis, USA during October 3-5, 2019. He is the author of 3 books. He is finding new materials and technology for future nano scale electronics, VLSI circuit engineering and interconnects.

I carried out my doctoral studies under the supervision of Prof. H. B. Bohidar at School of Physical Science, JNU, New Delhi, India. Currently, I am Senior Scientist at CSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal. My current research interest is graphene, graphene oxide, porous carbon, liquid crystals, polymer nanocomposites, viscoelastic studies, thin film, thermal conductivity, EMI shielding and energy applications.

Dr. Mohd Syamsul Nasyriq Samsol Baharin M. Syamsul is one of the wide bandgap and carbonrelated materials community where he has been active in the research of nanoelectronics, for the development of nanodevices, biosensors and power field effect transistors.He is currently a Senior Lecturer/Senior Researcher at the Institute of Nano Optoelectronics Research and Technology (INOR) at UniversitiSains Malaysia. Formerly Postdoctoral Researcher Japan (2017-2018) based on graphene and diamonds as a biosensor with the collaboration of AirMembrane Corp. Japan, AIST, Japan and Yokogawa Electric Company, Japan.He received his PhD in Nanoscience and NanoengineeringfromWaseda University, Japan in 2014, M.Sc. in Nanoelectronic Engineering and B.Eng. in Microelectronic Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia.His doctoral work has been recognized as the record holder with the highest voltage breakdown capability of 1800 V by means of a mechanical grade black polycrystalline diamond that is cost-effective and suitable for mass production highlighted in Semiconductor Today Highlights (UK) in 2016.From 2010 to 2014, he was a researcher at the Department of Industrial CI-Nanotechnology, SIRIM Berhad.

Dr. Faisal Bashir completed M.Sc., M.Phil. in Electronic Science from University of Kashmir and PhD in Electronic Science from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. Besides this, he has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in Electronic Science for Assistant Professorship conducted by university grants commission. His research interests include Semiconductor devices and modeling, VLSI design and Nano-electronics. Dr. Faisal is currently working as Assistant Professor on contract in the Department of Electronics and IT University of Kashmir, Srinagar. He is the reviewer of the various reputed journals like IEEE transaction on Electron Devices, IEEE Nanotechnology, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley etc. Dr. Faisal is the recipient of best paper award in World Congress on Engineering held at Honk Kong 2014, best presenter in International Virtual Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Smart Community held in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) Malaysia 2020 and recipient Merit Scholarship at M.Phil. level from University of Kashmir. He has published more than 24 research papers and three book chapters in the field of Semiconductor devices and VLSI in reputed international journals and conferences. Romana Zafar received the B.E. and M. Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University (ZHCET, AMU), Aligarh, India in 2007 and 2009. She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, ZHCET, AMU Aligarh India from 2009-2012. She obtained the PHD degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur India in 2019. She worked in the area of Electrical Characterization and Dielectric Phenomena of Insulating Materials and Systems for Electrical Engineering, Partial Discharge and Space charge phenomena. She published her research articles in the prestigious International Journals and also presented her research in International and National Conferences in USA and India. Her current research interests include Nanodielectrics/Polymer Nano-Composites, High Permittivity Nanocomposites and their potential applications, Finite Element Method (FEM) based modeling of Nanocomposites.
