Prof. Li Jinping, Gansu Provincial Distinguished Professor of Flying Apsaras Scholar at Lanzhou University of Technology(LUT). Dr. Li received his Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiaotong University in early 2005, majored in Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering. He started work at the end of 2004 in LUT and set up a new discipline of Renewable Energy and Environment Engineering in 2011. He has filed over 20 licensed patents and had 80 papers published. In the past 15 years, he and his team have devoted themselves to distributed energy systems totally driven by solar energy and biomass and built over 90 households combined heating, power, and biogas system in 4 counties, Gansu Province.

Fausto works at UCLM as Full Professor (Accredited as Full Professor from 2013), Spain, Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Birmingham University, UK, Lecturer at the Postgraduate European Institute, and he has been Senior Manager in Accenture (2013-2014). He obtained his European Ph.D. with a maximum distinction. He has been distinguished with the prices: Advancement Prize for Management Science and Engineering Management Nominated Prize (2018), First International Business Ideas Competition 2017 Award (2017); Runner (2015), Advancement (2013) and Silver (2012) by the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM); Best Paper Award in the international journal of Renewable Energy (Impact Factor 3.5) (2015). He has published more than 150 papers (65 % ISI, 30% JCR and 92% internationals), some recognized as: “Renewable Energy” (as “Best Paper 2014”); “ICMSEM” (as “excellent”), “Int. J. of Automation and Computing” and “IMechE Part F: J. of Rail and Rapid Transit” (most downloaded), etc. He is author and editor of 25 books (Elsevier, Springer, Pearson, Mc-GrawHill, Intech, IGI, Marcombo, AlfaOmega,…), and 5 patents. He is Editor of 5 Int. Journals, Committee Member more than 40 Int. Conferences. He has been Principal Investigator in 4 European Projects, 5 National Projects, and more than 150 projects for Universities, Companies, etc. His main interest is Maintenance Management, Renewable Energy, Transport, Advanced Analytics, Data Science.
Dr. Wenxian Yang is a lecturer in offshore renewable energy at Newcastle University. His early research was focused on developing innovative condition monitoring and fault diagnosing techniques for rotating and reciprocating machinery. A small part of them was for developing new NDT & NDE techniques. Since 2007, his R&D activities were diverted to the wind, wave and tidal renewable energy exploitation particularly focused on the condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, operation and maintenance of onshore/offshore wind turbines. So far, he has published over 100 high-quality research papers in this field in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
GÖKHAN ŞAHİN is an Associate professor Igdar university in Turkey. His research was focused on SOLAR ENERGY (ELECTRONICS) and title name Determination of Electrical Parameters of a Parallel Vertical Junction Photo pile in Monochromatic Lighting in Frequency Modulation from the Characteristics.

Prof. Ganesh Datt Sharma is working as Senior Professor of Physics and Dean (Research and Development) at The LNM Institute of Information Technology (Deemed University), Jaipur (Raj.), India since Nov 2015. Prof. Sharma obtained his Ph.D. degree from India Institute of Technology in 1985 and after then he had joined as Assistant Professor at JNV University, Jodhpur (Raj), India in Nov 1985. After then he had appointed as Professor of Physics and Electronics in 2004, in the same university. In 1990 he was awarded a prestigious BOYCAST Fellowship by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India in 1990 to work as Visiting Scientist at the Department of Electrical and Computer Science, The State University of New Jersey for two years. His area of Research is Organic solar cells, nanocrystalline organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells and fuel cells, organic electronics, and nanomaterials for energy conversion and storage. He has delivered many invited/plenary lectures in many international conferences in India and abroad. Moises Hernandez is a Sr. legal Counsel at TC Energy from Mexico and Latin America, a leading company for the transportation o Natural Gas in North America. His main focus on contracting and dispute resolution on energy matters; therefore, he have gained valuable professional experience in renewals, petrochemicals and oil and gas sectors. Furthermore, I´ve been a speaker on many forums in Mexico and abroad.
He is admitted to practice Law in 2010 (J.D. Equivalent) in Mexico City from Universidad del Valle de Mexico. Graduated from the LLM in Energy Law and Policy at The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State Law School) Moises has gained a lot of valuable professional experience by working in major law firms and international companies in the energy sector where he has the opportunity to advise and collaborate with clients in upstream, midstream, petrochemicals and renewals sectors. Nowadays he is working as Senior Legal Counsel LATAM at TC Energy in Mexico City in charge of the contracting (Supply Chain) and corp sec areas. Moises collaborates in business development, legal compliance, and international commerce. It is also part of the legal team responsible for an arbitration process in South America. On the academic side, Moises has been a speaker in different energy forums in Mexico and abroad. He is collaborating with Penn State Law School to agreed with Mexican universities and law associations to create forums and interinstitutional links. He is also a member of the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados (Mexican Bar Association) at the energy commission.
