About Conference

Global in vitro toxicology and toxicity testing market is expected to be worth US$ 12.7 billion by 2024 increasing at a compound annual growth rate of 9.3 percent. Technological advancements, opposition to animal testing and increasing expenditure for research and development to test toxicity of drugs at early stages of development are some of the major factors influencing this growth.

To explore research advancements in toxicology, OLC International is organizing 2nd International Conference on Toxicology & Applied Pharmacology which will be held from October 25-26, 2021 in Ottawa, Canada. The conference gathers world class experts from academic and industry on a common platform to share and discuss their research findings in these emerging fields.

It unites young researches, scientists, academicians and industry professionals to discuss and share their knowledge on research and development in toxicology and applied pharmacology while covering a wide range of topics in related areas of research. It provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for all participants to present and discuss most recent trends, concerns, practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology.

TAP-2021 focuses on presenting a complete approach to diverse areas of interest in toxicology sciences from preclinical drug development to advanced techniques in clinical research. It further provides an opportunity to meet toxicologists, pharmacologists, eminent scientists, biochemists and clinical research professionals to widen the scientific knowledge about these disciplines.

Several keynote addresses by eminent scientists and researchers in the field of toxicology and pharmacology will point towards new direction in research together with debates, poster and video presentations, plenary talks, workshops and exhibitions which will be beneficial for all participants. We hope TAP-2021 will help develop new partnerships among the wide range of participants.

Ottawa, Canada

Ottawa is Canada’s capital, a dynamic showcase city of more than one million people. Located in Ontario at the Quebec border, it’s a place where you’ll hear English and French spoken in the streets; where you can discover Canada’s proud heritage at impressive national sites and famous landmarks, including the Rideau Canal (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). It’s a city steeped in culture, with world-class museums and galleries displaying stunning national collections and special exhibitions from Canada and around the world.

Ottawa is a destination alive with celebration, beginning each year with February’s Winterlude, continuing through May’s Canadian Tulip Festival, heating up July 1 with the biggest Canada Day celebration in the country, and going all-out with headliner summer music festivals.

This city is a uniquely beautiful place: an urban centre on the edge of nature where you can enjoy the great outdoors — just outside your hotel room, and nearby in the surrounding country side. There’s an easy cosmopolitan vibe here, and Ottawa is known for being both welcoming and walkable. Explore the distinctive local neighborhoods’, including the historic By Ward Market: by day this area boasts a bustling farmers’ market and chic shops, by night it hums with activity at the restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs.
